This Sunday evening, I simply wish to focus on what I am thankful for…
Thank you for:
- My life
- Meaningful work
- Opportunity and abundance
- All of the green I enjoy in my backyard
- The savory seafood stew that my husband prepared for us last evening.
Gratitude is very powerful. It gets us focused on the good and our minds and hearts then attract more of that good stuff to us. You can keep a gratitude journal and write a few things that you are thankful for in the morning, evening, or anytime you are inspired to do so.
The above photo comes from the recent trip I took with my husband John to Oahu, the place I grew up. I am sure I will be writing more about this amazing trip. Since this is a post about gratitude, I wanted to share with you that the sunglasses I am wearing I purchased from my dear friend Sharon Saraga Walters who has made it a goal to share the benefits of practicing gratitude with as many people around the globe as she can.
They are comfortable and awesome and you can order them here (shameless plug for a great cause)
